FAQs
can we reschedule?
Because of the nature of the mini sessions we cannot reschedule. However we will have our monthly themed set up the Friday prior to our sessions on Sunday. You may reach out to see if we can squeeze you in that Friday during business hours before.
Can we choose the location for our photo shoot?
No, sorry due to the nature of mini sessions we are having them in the studio. We have that machined oiled and ready to go!
How long does a typical photo session last?
20 Minutes
Then and additional 10 minutes to chose your images.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appt time.
How long does it take to receive our images?
Less than 24 hours.
What happens if the weather is unfavorable ?
We shoot in the studio so the weather does not effect us, however if there is a real storm we will reschedule the minis for the next weekend.
What if we are late?
If you are late to your appointment you will not be given extra time. For example. if you are 15 minutes late, you will have 5 minutes left.
If you show up past your appt time you will have to wait the remaining time until I am done with my other clients.
can i cancel my membership
Yes you can cancel your membership with at least 30 days notice
how do you take payment
All memberships require a set up of monthly automatic draft of $99.
Do you edit the photos?
Due to the nature of mini sessions, we will not be editing anything extensive other than crop and color. However if you wish to have a specific photo retouched extensively, that can be done for an additional fee.
What if i want more than 5 images?
You may purchase as many as you like for an additional fee.
Can you make us Christmas cards with these photos
Yes absolutely! We can create them and have them sent to your door. There is a purchasing minimum of 24 Christmas cards for $125 with addressing envelopes.
I have FUR babies can i still do this membership?
Yes, absolutely we love well mannered pets in the studio! You will have to bring your own props specifically made for your pet.
